Description
Acolyte-Excisor Sera Min is a young Orderborne Elf, newly appointed to the Codex Excisors and stationed as liaison at the Trill-Hollow Archive Index on the Codex Fracture frontier. She is bright, formal, and earnest, prone to quoting textbook citations in ordinary speech.
The party meets her at the fortified stone outpost where Vessa's travel papers list her first stop.
