Description
Boomwright Crash Lirian is a Goblin in his forties who runs the cliff-top storm-forges of the Skyforge Citadel at Thunderhead Reach, where Drakona mercenaries man the pylons and lightning is caught and worked into steel.
The party may pass through briefly to commission or purchase a Storm-Bottle — a sealed flask of pure lightning. Crash will deal with anyone whose invention idea catches his interest, and he sees the party as an opportunity.
