A rapid-fire, profane, endlessly tinkering Goblin skiff captain who runs the Skyward Curse out of Boomcradle. She ferried Vessa south once and will do the same for the party — for a price, and for the fun of it.
Description
Boomwright Patien 'Patty' Quill-Riggs is a Goblin in her thirties who captains the sky-skiff Skyward Curse through the Fleaspark Union's sky-relay network. She talks fast, swears freely, yells more than strictly necessary, and is always tinkering with something.
Vessa hired her to ferry south, and she will do the same for the party. The party first meets her in Boomcradle, and her skiff becomes a recurring home base and travel-frame across the campaign.
