Description
Custodian Atelan-VII is a Clank of the Codex Bastion, an Inkward Custodian of eighty years' standing whose plating and forearms are etched with the leaves of confiscated text they have helped seal away. They speak in numbered enumerations — 'There are three reasons I cannot help you. One: my oath' — and then, often, help anyway.
The party may encounter them within the blot-black stone of the Codex Bastion garrison in Aurenhold, where the Custodians drill at dawn.
