Elder Vaelor Kesh
Defender of Tradition
The presiding elder of High Clan Vaelor, tall and silver-haired, wrapped in oath-sigiled storm-cloth. He believes the dawn duel is the only thing standing between the clans and open civil war. Composed and publicly resolute, he speaks calmly and never in anger, but his conviction hardens the moment tradition is challenged in front of witnesses.
Description
Elder Vaelor Kesh presides over the Banner Court beneath the snapping clan standards, a lightning scar tracing from temple to jaw. His voice carries across the mesa without ever rising above what is necessary. For three generations he has watched this feud smolder, and he intends to see it bound cleanly at dawn.
"At dawn, it ends. Not in rage. Not in chaos. But in ritual. In witness. In oath."
He is not cruel, and he is not a fool. Challenge tradition openly and he grows rigid; approach him with respect and understanding, and something older and more grief-worn shows through the resolve.
