Description
Guildmaster Velka Iron-Tellan is an Orderborne Dwarf in her fifties who oversees the diplomatic hostels of Khalgur Forgevault in Gravenreach. She receives visitors formally when they arrive with proper Highborne credentials, and keeps a courteous distance from those who do not.
The party meets her when they reach Khalgur, where the terms of their welcome depend on the introductions they carry.
