Hekri Boundtongue is an Orderborne Orc in his forties who patrols a stretch of the Prairie Menhirs — the obsidian treaty-obelisks scattered across the irongrass plains of the Forge Basin. Each menhir is a held oath, and Hekri keeps them.

The party may meet him on the plains. He knows which menhir Vessa stopped at, and that she stood there three hours with her hand on the stone the whole time.
