Hierophant Galen Splinterhymn is an ageless Faerie who leads a Choir of Glass storm-bastion carved into the griefglass escarpments of the Scorval Verge. He speaks in cadenced, over-rehearsed sentences, smiles too readily, and laughs at his own bleak metaphors.

The party may seek him out in his cliffside fortress, where the Choir uses storms as instruments — to recover a hymn-note he has claimed, or to negotiate one back.
