Description
Index-Warden Pell Thrune is an Orderborne Human in his forties who runs the Trill-Hollow Archive Index, a fortified stone outpost at the edge of the thinning taiga. He is a quiet alcoholic, half-broken by what he has had to catalog and seal away over the years.
Vessa stayed here three nights on her way north, and Pell gave her the key to the south vault. He has not slept well since. The party meets him at the waystation listed as Vessa's first stop.
