Klep Marish was a Sparkmire inventor who drowned while investigating resonance harmonics beneath the canals. He lingers now as a backflow ghost, trapped in the third canal's overflow chamber, every word arriving underwater and delayed.
The party may seek him out among Sparkmire's flooded lower works. He will sing — if they can survive the memory flood that accompanies his voice.
