Description
Patent-Marshal Vex Glimmercog is an ageless Goblin who presides over the Patent Court of Boomcradle, keeper of a vast file of Boomseal-stamped affidavits. The registry is open to anyone — provided they pay the price of admission by demonstrating an invention of their own, however crude.
The party will bargain with him for access in the Fleaspark Union's fireworks-lit capital. He remembers Vessa fondly; when she visited, she demonstrated a pocket-resonator tuned to griefglass.
