An ethereal, fanatic elf seer of the Mirrorwell Temple whose visions rise from the griefglass and the well's distorted echoes. Jora speaks in wavering, breath-catching riddles about a violet pulse waking beneath the ruins. His prophecies unsettle as often as they enlighten, and not everyone in the temple is comfortable with how far his zeal reaches.
Description
Seer Jora Vael drifts through the Mirrorwell Temple in grey robes, his reedy voice catching between breaths as he relays what the well shows him. His prophecies come cryptic and urgent, warning of a violet pulse stirring in the deep and of grief that has learned to bite. To some he is a holy conduit; to others, a fanatic who has stared too long into the mirror.
He will offer the party visions if they ask, though the price is often a shard of Fear and a truth they did not want. His zeal for cleansing the Blight burns hotter than the temple's braziers, and where his interpretations end and his ambitions begin is not always clear.
