Yorel Quartz-Throat is an Underborne Drakona in her thirties who has failed the Stone-Voice trial three years in a row. She has come to believe she is simply incapable of harmonizing, and she carries that failure quietly.
The party may meet her at the Harmonic Wells — subterranean glacier-melt pools beneath the tablelands by the Sea of Lir, where Codex of Talons apprentices come at deepglow to align their breath.
