The Awakening of the Primordial Kin
The first sentient beings emerge as extensions of place and force rather than nation or lineage.
In the wake of Solivar’s First Flare, consciousness emerged throughout Velthuryn. These early beings, later remembered as the primordial kin, were not peoples in the modern sense, but living expressions of landscape and element.
Mountains remembered, forests dreamed, seas whispered intention, and storms carried will. Identity was bound to resonance rather than blood, and existence was defined by harmony with place.
Though most primordial kin faded, transformed, or withdrew from the world, their legacies persist in magic, myth, and the deep structures of reality.
