The Stabilization of Resonance Storms
Resonance disasters become episodic rather than constant
Over generations, the violent aftershocks of the Shattering lessened. Resonance storms still occurred, but no longer tore the world apart continuously.
This stabilization allowed cultures to re-emerge, memory to be preserved, and the first durable institutions to form. Survival shifted from constant flight to deliberate adaptation.
The world did not heal...but it learned to hold.
